Jin Kang : President and Founder of iSYS, LLC

Mr. Kang is president and CEO of WidePoint subsidiary iSYS, LLC, a company he founded in 1999. He successfully managed the company from its inception to a company with gross revenues of $24M in 2008. Mr. Kang has held senior management positions with several of the nation’s leading corporations that specialize in providing information and telecommunications management services for the Federal government. Mr. Kang has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate management, technology management, business development, and financial management in the field of information technology. Mr. Kang has served as Division Manager and Engineering Manager for SAIC and Northrop Grumman respectively. He has held key leadership positions on high profile government programs such as Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), Defense Medical Information Systems/Systems Integration, Design Development, Operations and Maintenance Services (D/SIDDOMS), and the Defense Blood Standard System (DBSS). He has a successful operations track record and proven his ability to drive growth and maximize profitability of an organization. Mr. Kang received a Bachelor and a Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland.

Todd McMillen : Vice President, TEM Client Services

Mr. McMillen joined iSYS in May 2007 through the acquisition of Intelecel, LLC. Mr. McMillen has over 25 years experience in Client Relations and started his career in TEM management in 2003 with FedCel, which was one of the first companies to introduce wireless lifecycle management. As Director of Enterprise Accounts, Mr. McMillen helped the Big 3 Auto Makers, Insight Communications and the Limited Brands achieve significant savings in their wireless spend. Mr. McMillen co-founded Intelecel, LLC in July 2006 and was key in the development of the online reporting system that is now deployed by iSYS, LLC to its clients today.

Todd Dzyak : Vice President, TEM Operations

Mr. Dzyak joined iSYS in May 2007 through the acquisition of Intelecel, LLC. Mr. Dzyak started his career in TEM management with one of the first Wireless TEM providers in the market, FedCel which provided TEM services to the Big 3 Automakers, The Limited Brands, Dow Corning Corporation, and was a subcontractor to Unisys for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Mr. Dzyak was responsible for the implementation and management of new clients. Mr. Dzyak co-founded Intelecel, LLC, an innovative Wireless Telecom Management company in July 2006. Mr. Dzyak has played an integral role in the award and implementation of the GSA Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) for Wireless Telecommunication Expense Management Contract and the award of the only two task orders to date: Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CD) and Customs & Border Protection (CBP). Mr. Dzyak received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowling Green State University.

Jim Brown : Senior Project Manager

Mr. Jim Brown joined iSYS in 2003 to lead the Information Assurance department. Prior to joining iSYS, Mr. Brown served as the Director of Operations with Grumman Data Systems, the Vice President of Operations at the Bank of Tokyo and as a Senior Systems Architect at Northrop Grumman. He has over 15 years experience in Information Assurance as a senior engineer, engineering manager and a project manager. Mr. Brown has extensive experience managing multi-million dollar federal and military IA projects. His experience includes IA certification and accreditation at the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and project management of a multi-faceted initiative consisting of IA management for certification and accreditation and network intrusion detection at the Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Brown holds a B.S in Computer Science from the State University of New York and CISSP and CSSLP certifications.
