Customer Service Representative
Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with any questions regarding their wireless cell phone, Blackberry or Air Card. This includes troubleshooting the device and the set up/provisioning of the device. Often this includes coordinating our efforts with the service provider and a technician. This position requires excellent communication and organization skills. Other duties include, navigating and updating ITMS, logging contacts and researching tickets, completing orders for service changes and working directly with Account Managers to resolve client issues.
